Twitter Sign Riders

Seattle based Realtor Courtney Cooper of Cooper Jacobs Real Estate has found an off-line way, to promote her on-line twitter usage.  She created a twitter handle sign rider and adds it to her real estate listing signs.  She may not be selling the house with a sign rider that has her twitter handle on it, but she certainly has the attention of anyone who is a twitter user (and I’m sure a few of those 18 million active users buy and sell homes!).  When I see this, I say to myself,  “Wow, that agent communicates with me in a way I want to be communicated.  She must be tech-savvy.”  If you are a tech savvy agent, or are appealing to a tech savvy clientele, why not make this easy investment in your listing signs?  So clever!
